We had an incredible stay in this villa with our friends. the two-storey layout provided plenty of space and the plunge pool was perfect for relaxing. the staff was friendly and the view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. Plus, we were able to rent scooters right at the reception to explore the nearby beach.
To be picky, the food could have had more vegetarian options.

The cottages were charming and clean, with beautiful views and a refreshing plunge pool. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and delivering breakfast to our room each morning. the location offered a peaceful and quiet retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. the option to rent motorbikes made it convenient to explore the surrounding area.
The open concept of the villa, including the bathroom, allowed for small insects and frogs to enter. This was not clearly depicted in the photos and description.

The view from the villa was absolutely stunning, with lush green jungle scenes and a beautiful ocean horizon. The staff were incredibly helpful, arranging a bike rental for us to explore the nearby beaches and restaurants. The food at the villa was delicious and we especially enjoyed the honey chicken wings and jackfruit tacos. we had a great time enjoying the view, exploring the area, and indulging in the tasty food.
To be picky, we would have liked more vegetarian options on the menu. we weren't informed that we could only order one meal from the menu and ended up being charged for multiple breakfast meals when checking out.

The hotel staff, especially Christina, were lovely, friendly, and very helpful. the villa options were fantastic, with cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and stunning views from the terraces. the breakfast provided was delicious, and the coffee was great too. the whole team at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, organizing everything we needed and always being available for a chat. The location was perfect, nestled in the woods but still just a short scooter ride away from the main street. Cons: Nothing not to love! ❤️.

White Tortoise was the perfect place for our stay in Bali. We spent 2 days exploring the breathtaking beaches and restaurants that were just minutes away by bike or taxi. The view from the hotel was absolutely stunning, with lush green jungle scenes and an amazing view of the ocean on the horizon. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, arranging bike rentals for us and even sorting out transport to our next destination. The food at White Tortoise was delicious, with beautiful dishes that tasted amazing. The villa we stayed in was located at the very top, providing a private and serene experience. The front porch and plunge pool were a great addition, and the surroundings made it feel like we weren't even in Uluwatu. we couldn't have asked for a better stay.
Recommend this hotel.
